We were very pleased with our experience with Sandra. We were moving to the area and had to do much of the correspondence and searching via email and internet. Sandra was a very good communicator during this process. She was always prompt in her responses, and kept us updated with new listings or changes in listings. Then when we were able to make it to Owatonna to look at homes, she was organized and had things all set for our visit. She was always well versed about the properties we were looking at, and if she didn't know the answer to a question, we knew she would find it for us. Then when our plans changed from existing homes to new construction, Sandra was an incredible asset. She did a great job of communicating our wants and needs with the builder, and not to mention she found us a fabulous lot. But most of all, she was an advocate for us during the building process. It was clear that she kept us in the forefront of all the decisions made during the building process. I really loved working with Sandra. She showed me sooo many homes. And also gave us great insight into the type of home that would be good for us. She found us a home in Owatonna and when we had to leave due to a relocation, she helped sell our home to the right couple. She even sold it in record time in a bad economy in February . Time was of the essence due the relocation we were going through and Sandra was a great help through it all. I would highly recommend her!
